What you get

Everything you need to run a server, and nothing you don't

The panel is built around the handful of things you actually do every week: watch the console, change a file, add a mod, and let a friend press the buttons when you are not around.

A live console

Watch the server talk in real time, and type straight back into it. Anything you would type at a terminal works here, from say hello to whitelist add.

Start, stop, restart

One button each. A coloured dot tells you whether the server is running, starting or stopped, so you are never left guessing whether the last thing you pressed worked.

Mods and plugins

Search for what you want and install the latest build in one click. Everything you have added is listed in one place, so you can see what is actually on the server before you go looking for a crash.

Your files

Browse the folders, open the file you need and delete the ones you don't. No FTP client to set up and no separate password to keep somewhere safe.

Bring your friends in

Give someone access to one server without handing them the rest. Make them an admin if you want them to have the same buttons you do, and take it back whenever you like.

Pick your version

Choose the Minecraft version when you make the server, from the list the panel keeps up to date. New world, new version, no waiting on anyone to set it up for you.

Set the memory

Say how much RAM the server gets when you create it. The port is handed out for you automatically, unless you have a reason to pick a particular one.

Sign in with Google

One button, no new password. The account you already use is the account that owns your servers, so there is nothing extra to lose or reset.

How it works

Three steps from nothing to a running world

Sign in

Press the Google button. That is the whole sign-up. Your servers are tied to that account from then on.

Make the server

Give it a name, pick a Minecraft version, and say how much memory it gets. You can set a port too, or leave it blank and let the panel choose one.

Start it and share it

Hit start, watch it come up in the console, then hand the address to whoever is playing. Add them as a member if they should be able to press the buttons too.

Talk to the server, not to a support ticket

The console is the first thing you see when you open a server. It is the real server output, live, and the box underneath it sends real commands. If you know what you would type, you can type it.

Mods and plugins

Add something in a click, not an afternoon

Search, press install, and the latest build lands on your server. What you have installed stays listed so you can check it later. If you are running plain vanilla the panel says so up front rather than letting you install something that will never load.

Change a config, or hand someone the keys

Every server has its files right there in the panel, so editing a config is a click rather than a download and an upload. And when you want help running the place, add the person to that one server. They get the buttons; they do not get everything else you own.

Questions

The things people ask first

Can I get a server right now?

Not yet. The panel is built and running, but servers are not on sale. Join the LunaLink Discord and you will be told the moment they are.

Do I need to make an account?

No. You sign in with the Google account you already have, and that account owns your servers. There is no separate password for the panel.

Can my friends help run the server?

Yes. You can give another account access to one of your servers and leave the rest alone. Admins get the same controls you do, ordinary members get access to that server only, and you can take either back at any time.

Can I run mods or plugins?

On the server types that support them, yes, and you can search and install from inside the panel. A plain vanilla server cannot load them at all, and the panel tells you that rather than letting you install something that will never run.

Which Minecraft version will I get?

You choose. The version list is shown when you create the server and is kept up to date, so you can start a world on the current release or go back to an older one.

Do I have to install anything?

No. The panel runs in your browser, on a phone as well as a computer. Your players just need the Minecraft client and the address.

Is this the same thing as the LunaLink Discord bot?

No, but they are run by the same person. LunaLink is a Discord bot for finding people to play with. Luna Panel is where the servers live. They are separate things you can use on their own.
